  • Response times for onsite service upgraded to first available engineer.

  • 0800 Helpdesk facility for placement of service requests and queries.
  • All warranty claims on faulty consumables requiring an onsite visit will be handled by OEM at no charge (the printer will be cleaned and the toner replaced).
  • Certified engineers will carry out all printer repairs.
    Printers are automatically cleaned during preventative maintenance calls.
  • Swap out printer if OEM is unable to fix the printer within a 36 hour period.
  • OEM will provide Helpdesk to Helpdesk training on basic printer issues to enhance your support staffs knowledge and response to the users.
  • Order placement to suit most requirements : freephone, fax, email, online.
  • 'Just in Time' procurement of consumables (Using Markvision printer management software).
  • Labour charges and Maintenance kits (10% off listed price).
  • Maintenance contracts are discounted (7% off listed price).
  • Operation Resource : A free service we offer clients whereby you just ring 0800 800 671 and we will organize a courier to collect your used Lexmark toner cartridges.
