OEM Extended Warranties are for business customers who are purchasing new printers and require greater than the standard manufacturers' warranty on their printer hardware.

Extended warranties provide the customer with peace of mind and fixed cost expectations as the total cost of EW is payable at the time the printers are purchased. EW service is an onsite corrective service that ensures the printer remains at the manufacturers' defined warranty condition for periods of up to three years.

The EW covers the cost of parts and labour.
