| All goods supplied remain the property of OEM Print Solutions Limited until paid for in full. |
| Goods Return |
| OEM has a firm "no return" policy for goods that are incorrectly ordered or no longer required by the customer. OEM will however, under certain circumstances, consent to the return of goods. A charge of $75 or 15% of the value of the goods being returned (whichever is the greater) will be levied to cover the initial shipping, handling and administration costs incurred by OEM. All goods being returned to OEM must be in "as new" condition, complete with all original packaging. No goods will be accepted back for credit/replacement without a Return Materials Authorisation (RMA). To obtain an RMA, please contact the OEM Customer Care Centre prior to returning the goods. |
| Warranty |
| The manufacturers warranty on most printer models supplied by OEM is two years. Warranty extensions to three years are also available for most models, on request. The manufacturers warranty on consumables and supplies items is out of box. |
| Quotations |
| Unless otherwise stated, quotations are exclusive of freight and Goods & Services Tax, and are valid for a maximum of 30 days. |
| Handling, Freight and Insurance |
| A charge will be levied per consignment to cover the cost of handling, freight and insurance. |
